The goal of the Mega Puff line is to provide warmth and style to the urban dress code. Big baffles, hoods, and high neck collars will not only create ultimate warmth for city cold, but create a fine-tuned look for the street.
Inspiration:
Based on 2020 trends, similar styles have proven successful globally and forecasts are saying it’s here to stay. A retro twist on Hexa Custom’s original Puffy Jacket, the Mega Puff’s focus is on warmth and style.
With bigger baffles and a looser fit, this coat will deliver ultimate comfort and performance when it comes to those cold winter days. With a DWR finish, this jacket can shine both on the streets and in the outdoors.

Material Details
To keep this product in line with our current production, we utilized the current fabric of our original down product line and changed the stitch-line design.

Ultra-soft premium 20-Denier Toray Nylon treated with DWR finish100% Nylon
Insulation Material Options:
650 premium down fill power with the choice to upgrade to 750 fill power down to help you stay a bit warmer

The mega puff regular is designed with original length in mind. Giving a standard fit that covers until around the upper thigh, providing extra warmth and a looser style.

Mega Puff Cropped
The mega puff cropped is designed with urban style in mind. Covering less area of the torso to create less warmth but providing style. *women’s only

Mega Puff Vest
The Mega Puff Vest is designed with urban style in mind. The men’s giving a standard fit that covers until around the upper thigh, providing extra warmth and a looser style. The women’s covering less area of the torso to create less warmth but providing style. *cropped in women’s only.
